Learning Watercolor this Summer

I have been wanting to learn watercolor which is one of the hardest mediums, so I’m taking a 6 month Atelier program with Dan Marshall who is an amazing watercolor artist. I still love oil painting and it will be my primary medium, but learning watercolor will help with documenting ideas while traveling abroad and keeping my plein air kit light as I create field studies. And, I love the clean-up with just soap and water!
